Security and Compliance matter greatly to organisations entrusting us with their documents and here at Cave Tab we take these matters extremely seriously indeed.

Without divulging details, our premises are extremely well defended with an array of physical and electronic security measures. Our staff are subject to detailed Confidentiality conditions as part of their Employment Contracts and we also have certain members of staff who hold specific Security Clearances for MoD, Police and Prison Service projects together with CRB clearances where required for Social Care projects.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act (DPA), registration number: Z6436031

Our Electronic Post Room Services are compliant with the Benefits Fraud Inspectorate's Verification Framework and our software is compliant with BIP0008 (formerly PD0008).

Our Scanning Bureau is also compliant with the BS10008:2008 for the legal admissibility of electronic information.

We are Corporate Members of the Records Management Society and members of the Northampton Chamber of Commerce.
