FileTrail tracks records, enabling you to remain in total control of the location and movement of all files as they pass around your organisation. Barcodes are used to capture transfer information so that the system will show precise details of items, to whom or where they are being moved, the date and time as well as who carried out the movement. TabQuik software allows users to create their own perfect colour-coded index labels with barcodes for their new files. Cave Tab uses the same software in its Print Bureau to create large quantities of new files and after that, the same label design is used in the customer's own TabQuik software.
