Paper Filing Systems
Paper still happens! in ever increasing quantities in some organisations but Cave Tab can help you manage it properly. We provide systems to store, index, track and archive paper records and we can also provide the manpower to convert your old filing to a new, Cave Tab system.
We use end-tab folders and pockets that simply stand on shelves - no hanging pockets, no drawers, simply the most efficient use of space. Cave Tab stocks a huge range of filing supplies, some of whcih can be seen by clicking here. Cave Tab paper filing systems are highly advanced and use colour-coded indexing for control in the filing room and barcode or RFID tracking for control when files move around your organisation. Colour coding and barcodes are easily printed using our TabquikTM software.
Cave Tab also provides various high-density storage systems that ensure your paper filing occupies the absolute minimum office space. Our systems are well-known and used in all types of organisation. Unit Spacefinder is an open, office-quality storage system that uses six-inch wide filing boxes to store files. It is ideally suited to busy file rooms where simultaneous access is required by many people.
Twinfile is a lockable, rotating, double-sided cabinet that allows access to two sides of filing without the user having to move. It is available in six heights and is usually ganged together to form rows. It is ideally suited to office applications that require immediate security.
Mobile Shelving is a truly high-capacity method of storing files, particulary the less active type of records. Cave Tab offer good-looking, smooth electrically powered systems for offices, and robust, manual systems for Archive Storage.
Organisations requiring in-house Archive Storage will like our unique Loeff's TM stackable box system that does NOT REQUIRE shelving! The drop-front boxes stack and interlock up to seven rows high so that single or double-sided 'blocks' of storage can be built. This is an extremely economic and space-efficient way of storing paper archives.
Cave Tab also offer a full service for installation and relocation of our systems, plus a complete Conversion service by providing managed on-site teams to match old files to new, transfer the contents and load them into the new storage system.
