Our out-sourced Archive service put all your documents under FileTrail control, which enables you to search, view and request retrievals online, 24 hours a day.

Alternatively, we can provide highly space efficient physical storage systems that can be installed on your premises.

Mobile Shelving systems dramatically reduce storage space requirements and are ideally suited to the storage of archived documents.  Double-sided and high density, the storage units eliminate the need for multiple access aisles because they are on wheels and can be moved manually or at the touch of a button.

Our Archive Box Storage system delivers huge space and cost savings.  The drop-front boxes are interlocking and self-supporting and can be built seven rows high, single or double sided and are fitted with polystyrene base plates to eliminate damp when used in basements.  No racking is required.  This solution can be tailored to accommodate traditional A4/foolscap, lever arch or suspension files, ring binders and even vouchers.
