Option One - paper to electronic conversion service includes:

• Document boxing and transportation
• Scanning to an agreed format
• Indexing to prearranged specifications
• OCR to facilitate text searching on scanned documents
• Loading indexed, scanned images to the requested media (e.g. CD)
• Uploading images for web based hosting if required
• Return or destruction of documents after an agreed QA period

Our Service Manager and conversion team use the latest technology to produce high definition monochrome, greyscale and full colour document scans up to A3 in size. Cave Tab provides the appropriate software tools to retrieve, view and manage document images, should you decide to maintain archives in house.

All organisations will have examined the need to review their existing paper filing system at some point, either due to expansion, relocation or just plain re-organisation.
