Space efficient storage

It is amazing how much very expensive office space is wasted by all kinds of organisations because they use old-fashioned and inefficient storage systems for their paper records. Cave Tab uses a system of lateral shelf filing whereby end-tab folders stand on fixed shelves using occasionally placed file supports. This basic principle works across all our systems and gives the following advantages:

• Heavy files are supported by shelves, not suspended by flimsy little hooks.
• Space is not wasted by unneccessary suspension pockets (this also saves cost).
• Index areas on end-tab files are huge, enabling large, clear, colour-coded indexing.
• Maximum use is made of height.
• Depth of units is minimised (no pointless drawers).
