Four eight-level, lockable Twinfiles comfortably hold the contents of twenty-two four-drawer filing cabinets, saving you 10m2 of floor space. Twinfiles are suitable for:
• Box files
• Suspension files
• Lever arch files
• Cartridges, CD's, microfilm and much more
Twinfiles are lockable, double-sided, rotating cabinets. This enables access to both sides of the cabinet without the user having to move. Conventional double-sided storage units require an aisle space to be provided on each side and, of course, users must move to each side as they pick files. Twinfile users simply turn the unit so that the other side faces them. Twinfiles are simply turned by hand; there are no clumsy foot pedals to press down whilst turning the units as with some older-fashioned, similarly styled units. The foot pedal has been engineered out of Twinfile. This saves time, delivers more file storage and takes up much less floor space than conventional storage.

Interiors
Twinfiles can be fitted with a variety of interior components:
- Fixed shelves at 0.5" spacing with file supports (2 per shelf are recommended)
- Pullout workshelves at waist height
- Pullout suspension filing frames
- Fixed lateral suspension filing frames
- Deep security drawers with separate locking
- 3" deep drawers for CD's, data tapes and oddments
- Unit boxes (see Unit Spacefinder)
- Wardrobe fittings for coats.
- Pass-thru shelves (for access both sides)
- Privacy panels (to prevent access from both sides)
Exteriors
Twinfiles are finished in an immensley tough, powder-coated textured paint which is highly resistant to finger prints and scratches, so the units maintain their good looks.
Twinfiles can be built against walls and the rear turning space blocked by elegant wall closure strips, or in the centre of offices where they can be fitted with back panels and wall closure strips giving a completely enclosed appearance except for the operating side. They are available from stock in 'Cool Grey' and by special order in a range of standard colours plus any RAL colour you specify.
